Do you still post and pray your vacancy to find your candidate?
As an employer, choose the right way to attract and retain employees.

This is the real reason why employers can't find the right employees:
Employees don't come first.
Employers say they do, but they don't act like it.
But that's out of date of course.
When employers need employees, they switched to a panic-like communication mode.
Even though they know today's labor market is different than before.
They immediately place on a vacancy on their site, start searching through temp agencies or call their Public Employment Service,
but in order to be successful here the most important step is skipped:
Who are you as an employer?
That vacancy then feels like a first acquaintance without formally introducing yourself.
Unclear and impersonal. And it just creates a distance.
Attracting staff is much more than simply placing your vacancy.
'What then?' I hear you thinking. Please take from me:
It requires genuine interest in the candidate.
Not easy, but do you know what is great about it?
Anybody can do it.
