Each year Sabic wants to attract and retain over 1,000 employees in this highly competitive market. We were tasked with collecting, analysing and consulting on their current employer brand strategy.

Integrate all current SABIC employer brand initiatives into one solid approach and fill in the gaps.

Solution

We created a report based on Blue Print. Use data and combine it with the Blue Print approach. Analyse steps of the approach. Provide recommendations for the future.
